If you’d like to pick up, you are required to make a $300 deposit for the reservation, which goes towards the actual payment of the pet you would like to get. 

Note: The $300 deposit is simply a fee for the reservation, which is 100% refundable if you are not interested in getting any of our exotic animals.

Yes;

If you’d like to pay cash on delivery, one of our agents will have to deliver the animal to you in person. You are required to pay a $500 fee for delivery and paperwork.

Note: The $500 deposit is simply a fee for delivery and paperwork. You will have to pay for the exotic animal in cash to our delivery agent.

  1. An email or text will be sent to you shortly containing our cashier’s payment details selected during checkout.
  2. After payment has been confirmed, your baby will be taken to a vet for a final checkup to have an updated health report to ensure the baby arrives in good health conditions.
  3. Pet will be registered for delivery afterwards.

Once your order has been registered for delivery, you will receive a tracking number within the first 12–24 hours. Updates may be slow, but keep at it.

Well, we accept payments via: CashApp, Apple Pay, Chime, Bank Transfer, Gift Cards ( Amazon, Walmart, or any other gift card), PayPal (Friends and Family option only), and Venmo (Friends and Family option only).

Most of our exotic animals are arranged for short transit times to minimize stress and ensure the animal’s well-being and are placed in crates twice the animal’s size with good ventilation.
